Anthony Black

Lead Certified Commercial Property Inspector

Anthony F. Black is a Mechanical Process Engineer with almost 18 years of experience in industrial engineering and construction projects. He evaluates different sites for feasibility and economic factors including utility consumption and available resources. Assessments include technology characterizations, economic factors, risk evaluation, performance evaluations, cost evaluations, and environmental considerations. He has been fully trained to perform commercial property inspections by the CCPIA.

Jared Moeder

Civil Inspector 

Jared is a skilled and knowledgeable Civil Engineer who designs cutting-edge and cost effective infrastructure solutions. He is adept at coordinating with building and engineering professionals at every project stage. Jared learned a love for civil structures working in construction with his father.

Tui Atagi

Electrical Inspector

Tui has learned proper installation and function of low voltage and high voltage electrical systems working as an electrician in the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
